We like to be up front and straight forward about our pricing options.
Option 1
No Sale No fee
Percentage of sold price
Up front listing fee £300 + vat (£360 including vat)
+ Commission 1.5% + vat (1.8% incl vat)
Example – property sells for £300,000
Total fees due excl vat £150 + £4,500 = £4,650
Total fees due incl vat £180 + £5,400 = £5,580
( Minimum fee £1,750 + vat (£2,100 incl vat))
Option 2
Up-front fixed fee – Same great service, but with savings of up to 75% on our standard fees.

Exchange-ready
Whether you opt to take advantage of our outstanding accelerated purchase system or our online auctions (or both), or you prefer to go for traditional private treaty, we get your searches and property forms prepared in advance to ensure that you are ready to exchange contracts as quickly as possible once a buyer is found.
Vendor Guarantee
Don’t forget about our unique seller guarantee – if we don’t find you a proceedable buyer in the agreed timescale, we will give YOU money until we do.
Additional Services
Whilst our standard service is sufficient for most clients, we do offer a range of bolt-on additional services for those who require them. To find out more about our optional add-on services, such as upgraded 360° tours or external keysafes, please ask any of our friendly staff.

Example: fully managed monthly fee on rent at £750 would be £67.50 (includes VAT).
The total fee over 12 months excluding set-up fee would therefore be £810 (including VAT)
If a tenant introduced by us stays for less than the agreed tenancy term, no additional setup fee is charged for obtaining a replacement tenant during that original term.
We do not charge any additional tenancy renewal fees when the fixed term ends.
For fully managed tenancies, we usually hold a float of at least £200 for emergencies.

Example: fixed fee on rent at £750 would be £562.50, regardless of length of tenancy. We usually recommend 12 months unless agreed otherwise.
